We're a group of teachers and engineers from Switzerland and Finland that needed a tool, didn't find it and decided to build it.
Why we built this
We like experimenting with collaborative learning methods, but they sometimes require quite of planning and explaining, especially if the groups are to change every few minutes (like Jigsaw or World Café). We use this app in our own classes and it enables us to use those more complicated techniques almost spontaneously (students come with a bigger problem, you split it into a few sub-questions or problems, choose between Jigsaw or world café, and you're good to go).
Our pricing philosophy
The pro subscription is needed to help pay for the hosting and development costs, but we really like the idea of keeping the pro tier as affordable as possible ($5/year).
